- Q. Is NJ Custom Tile licensed and insured?
A: NJ Custom Tile is a fully licensed and insured New Jersey home improvement contractor. Our license number, or an insurance certificate, will be provided to you upon request.
Q. Should I seal my tile and grout?
A. For marble and natural stone a sealer and enhancer should be used to protect your stone from dirt, oil and water staining. In the case of ceramic or porcelain tile, just a grout sealer can be applied no sooner than 72 hours after grouting.
Q. Do you sell tile?
A. At the present time no. We are looking to possibly start a store in the future. Until then we recommend Wayne Tile. They have quality tile that lasts and very helpful sales/design teams. We can offer to pass on some savings as we are a preferred contractor there. We do sell custom mosaic tile art though. Q. What kind of discount are we really looking at?
