Waterproofing & Sealers

NJ Custom Tile has many waterproofing methods available. In the bathroom we apply waterproofing membranes before tile on shower walls,steam rooms, floors and niches. Installation over concrete we apply a waterproofing and crack isolation membrane.

Sealers can also be applied to all tile and grout for protection and color enhancement.

In Sharon's master bath a porcelain tile was used in the shower with river stone as a border. 4 shampoo niches where added for storage.

First the masonry blocks needed to be waterproofed. We used Tec Hydraflex waterproofing and crack isolation membrane. 3 coats were applied with a brush and roller.
